Modus Ingenium, LLC will be referred to as Modus Ingenium.

Our mission is to provide the talents around the globe with the opportunity to present their work to employers world wide.

Modus Ingenium provides services to artist related industries (see list of professions in the "Disciplines"). We rate and grade each talent pool using best practices and good sense based upon the Modus Ingenium team members’ long, successful and diversified experience in related fields.

We apply good common client/supplier mechanisms to stay unbiased to any single individual/recruiter or specific style within the industry.

All information contained within each talent account is the responsibility of the owner of the account and can only be partially verified, therefore we cannot guarantee, outside the reasonable processes we employ, that an artist is honest when presenting his or her work/information (see "About" for more details).

Neither can we promise or guarantee employment. Modus Ingenium provides a good and fair chance for the talent to be exposed to the industries' recruiters with a non biased grading that reflects his/her artistic talent, regardless of his/her length of experience or academic bravado.

Contact information to both talent and recruiters are kept hidden and not accessible by a third party, nor given to such.

We do not allow sexually explicit images, pornography or extreme violence in the submittals. There are classic norms of artistic nudity that should be abided by.

Modus Ingenium, LLC, its officers and employees will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of information resulting from a third party negligence and/or underperformance.

Any information, materials, products or services that may appear as marketing ads and are linked to external web sites are not part of, not sponsored, nor endorsed by Modus Ingenium. Modus Ingenium disavows legal responsibility for what a user may find on another linked site or for personal opinions that may be found on another web site link.

Protecting the privacy of each talent and recruiter is the policy of Modus Ingenium. Modus Ingenium does not share personal information with any other businesses or web sites.
